My Majic Family

Ok so I am probably the last one out of the gate on this one but I just received the book The Purpose Driven Life. I am on day 3 and I have to say I am inspired. This day is really making me take a look at what drives me. I have to say I am not impressed. With myself I mean. Not that it's too late to do something about it. For those of you who have read the book and those of you that haven't, I guess that would be everyone...duh, anyway, I could really relate to the 5 most common things people are driven by: Guilt, resentment and anger, fear, materialism and approval. Now of course I want to experience the benefits of purpose driven living and am on the road to discover "What on Earth I am Here For". So, I was just wondering, before you found your purpose, if you have, what was driving you or what is currently driving you? And also, did this book truly help you find your purpose?

What is black, tattooed and pierced all over? Jayden, pierced and black but no tattoos yet! Jared, again pierced (closed up) and black, but no tattoos, I think? Jackson, tattoos YES, no black or piercings! The Answer: East West! They are Jaydens favorite band and nothing like seeing him scream while we listen to "Vacant"! It is hilarious, boy do they have a cool dad or what! BMAC

Last night was the family baby shower in honor of Steve and Lori's new daughter Katelyn Page. We had a really fun time and Katelyn wasn't the only one who got presents, Steve's mom had little gifts for all the kids who attended. Thanks Steve's mom. She knows how to keep 'em quiet. Anyway, what is it about men and baby showers?? Here are the pictures to show what a great time Steve was having...and Lori of course.

Everyone always tells me that my children are monkeys and here is the proof. These were taken Saturday at LaFortune and if you can't tell, they are having the greatest time. I forget captions so for those who haven't seen them in a while. Jayden is the top left, Jackson, top right and the bottom 2 are Jared.

As most of you know Brian and I have some part in the franchise known as "Fuddruckers". Anyway, we are getting ready to open 2 more back to back. One opeing in October at 41st and Peoria in Tulsa and one in November in Owasso. Talk about no room to breathe. Please keep Brian in your prayers as he has the task of hiring enough managers to cover both restaurants while continuing to oversee the existing location. We will keep you updated.
